Wow! A half marathon! I felt so bad for you when reading this because it seems like the event really dragged you down. I bet you would have done better at a bigger, more exciting race. You should come back to Fort Wayne and run the Fort for Fitness next fall. Jason has run the mini the past two years and this year I ran the 4 mile. I am NOT a runner. I hate running. It is a testament to how exciting the event is that I was even willing to try it! The shirts were even cool looking (see my profile pic on FB). All that to say... I think you should do it again and find a really exciting, well attended event for the next time. It will make a huge difference! Even so, 13.1 miles is an amazing accomplishment!
