Meal plan

Here are some meals I am thinking about having this week - no commitments and no guarantees.

- pork chops, rice (a special rice mix I got at Trader Joe's), green beans
- pancakes, bacon
- tacos
- chicken garlic pasta, focaccia bread
- pizza
- chicken divan, rice, banana bread

I'm actually making this before my shopping trip this week so hopefully I can get what I need and there will be no excuses. :)

hey angie...I think you would love this program my sister in law purchased online. It is called cook n'. It is a meal planner, grocery lister, recipe organizer all in one. There is a free trial available. I just found out about it, but if you google it, I am sure it will come right up.

Your meal planning has inspired me... :) It really does help for grocery shopping and daily organization (instead of scrambling to thaw meat in the microwave at the very last moment, or settling for something like cereal, because you never thought through what to make. :) That would be my life way too often. SO, I am quite glad to get back into meal planning.

This week for me is: Polynesian barbeque pork chops

Breaded ranch chicken

Baked ziti

Chicken pot pie

chicken teriyaki over rice

Hmmm - lots of chicken I guess. :)

Mmm, those sound good, Wendi. Are they on your recipe blog? I think they should be.
